Please be aware that handmade balls are consumable items, and the skins will gradually become looser with use.

The reason why the Halloween series is more expensive is:

1. The inner fillings are costly, including handmade slime , accessories (real seashells) and ball skin （customize）

2. Since the product contains slime, it is classified as a paste for international shipping, and combined with the weight of the slime itself, the logistics cost is much higher than that of the vacuum-packed versions.

3. Regarding after-sales for the Halloween series:

International shipping takes 10-15 days, during which the slime may evaporate. As a result, there may be some air inside the ball upon receipt. By purchasing, you agree to no after-sales service for this issue. 

To minimize this issue, we vacuum-seal the packaging before shipping, but it is impossible to completely prevent the evaporation of the slime. If you encounter this, you can choose to inject water, molding solution, or glycerin into the ball skin, or you can remove the air.

For the Grape Juice ball skins,  please note that the balls are not filled particularly full by default. If they are filled too much, the glue may damage the ball skin during sealing, making it prone to tearing.

Since the product is handmade, it is impossible to maintain consistent coloring, so there may be some color differences compared to the pictures.

After prolonged use, the ball skin may become cloudy. Please note that this is unavoidable

Preorder:

Preorders are for versions handcrafted by the founder. Halloween series requires 7 more  days of customization time.The shipping location is in Hangzhou, China.

For preorder orders(standard,economy need +5_7 days more):

• Orders placed in the morning will be shipped 5-7 days later.
• After that, they will be shipped from Hangzhou to your hands.
  
• Hangzhou to International Logistics (2 days)
• Processing at the International Logistics Warehouse (1 day)
• International Logistics Warehouse to U.S. Customs (2-3 days)
• U.S. Customs to your hands (2-3 days)

Estimated delivery time for preorder orders is around 15 days(economy need 20-25 days).
